Bedroom with double bed. There's a single folding bed available too, which can be set up in the lounge. 3 adults is a comfortable maximum for the cottage. We will supply bedlinen for the double bed, please let us know if you need linen for the extra bed too.
Open-plan with just a curtain to provide privacy between the bedroom and lounge, please bear this in mind!
Bathroom with wc, sink, electric shower, heated towel rail.
Kitchen well equipped with induction hob, fan oven with grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, drying rack, microwave, ample pans and crockery etc for 4, cafetiere, kitchen dining table. A housekeeping pack of washing up liquid, panscourer, j-cloth, kitchen roll, drying cloths, toilet paper, is provided.

Heating is by a high-tech heat pump, keeps the house cosy all year round and is economic to run, so I can include electricity for this in the price for your visit. The woodburning stove is there just for the pleasure of sitting around a wood fire! Wood, kindling, and firelighters are provided for your first fire, and more is available locally.
Towels, bed linen, kitchen drying cloths supplied, hair drier provided, iron and ironing board in bedroom cupboard.
WiFi The free WiFi is reasonably fast (usually around 12 Mb/s) with no download limits.
Parking is free in a small public parking area adjacent to the pier, space is always available.
Accessibility The main entrance is accessible (with some difficulty, and some help) by the wheelchair users in our family, the kitchen entrance is fully accessible. The bathroom is too small for wheelchair access. As the cottage is split level, the stairs are a half-flight up to the bedroom or down to the kitchen.

Outside There is no garden area associated with the cottage, but there is direct access to a shingle beach adjacent to the cottage. There is a bench and outdoor chairs to enjoy summer evenings on the pier.
